Daily Health Routine

Breakfast Green Juice

2 Cups Spinach

2 Cups Kale

2 Apples

3 Celery Stalks

2 Cucumbers

1 Lemon

Lunch

1 cup low fat plain yogurt

1/2 cup rasberries

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1 banana, sliced

Sprinkle with walnuts, cinnamon and honey. Sometimes I add old fashioned oats if I’m feeling extra hungry.
